HyperShift FN Keys do not work in Win 11 22H2

After installing Windows 11 feature update 22H2, the "HyperShift" function keys no longer work after Razer Synapse 3 loads (pressing FN+one of the function keys - volume, media controls, etc.). If I exit Synapse, they work again.

I've already reported this bug to Microsoft, but this seems to be an issue with the Razer Synapse software also. I've tried repairing the Synapse install and resetting my Razer Huntsman TE keyboard. Quitting Synapse 3 is the only thing that fixes it. Worked fine before the Windows 11 22H2 update.


Edit: Seems to be resolved now. Not sure if the solution was the latest Oct Synapse update, Win 11 2H22 Oct cumulative update, or the fact that I needed to do a clean install to resolve some Windows Update issues I was also having, but everything is working as expected now.
