Blackshark V2 Pro mic not working when wireless
Hey all,
I bought the Blackshark V2 Pro wireless a couple of days ago as a recommendation from a friend. I have been having an issue where the Microphone is not working in any way when I am using the headset wireless. If I use the cable provided the mic works 100%. I bought the headset for the wireless part of it to be honest. And this has kinda bummed me a little. I've tried a bunch of things I've found online to try and corrected it. Changed my defaults, restarted pc, uninstalled/reinstalled drivers, updated drivers. But nothing seems to be working.
Any ideas on why it's doing this and how I can fix it? If no fix can be done I will most likely end up returning them since my intended purpose of buying them is null.

Did you already try checking the mic volume level in the Synapse application if you have that installed? You can also follow the steps here for further isolation. If that didn't work, PM me the serial number so I can validate its model and check for other steps to help you with the mic issue. Thank you!
