Razer Cortex through xbox game bar darkened genshin impact

Just as the title says, I downloaded razer cortex through the xbox game bar on my laptop, and it immediately darkened the screen on genshin impact. I tried uninstalling Razer completely, restarted my laptop, but still the dark screen persisted. It is ONLY on genshin impact, and nowhere else. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

Hey there! Thank you for sharing your concern with us. I'm Michelle from the Razer Cortex technical support team. I am delighted to be of your assistance. Based on my knowledge of Razer Cortex, we assume that this issue is related to a feature in Razer Cortex called "BOOSTER PRIME". Genshin Impact is a supported game in Booster Prime. If you have uninstalled Razer Cortex, please reinstall it https://www.razer.com/cortex. Then, follow the below steps:
  • Launch Razer Cortex, go to “GAME BOOSTER”> “BOOSTER PRIME”.
  • Click on the cover art of the game "Genshin Impact".
  • Click “MAKE ADJUSTMENTS”, and make adjustments to Hue, Brightness, Digital Vibrance, and Contrast according to your preference.
  • Click on "Save".
Check whether the color of the game is changed. Let me know if your game is still dark. Appreciate your patience. Michelle
