Razer Central don't let me log in.

I recently bought a Cynosa v2 keyboard, to have access to synapse 3, I installed RazerSynapseInstaller_V1.9.1.344, and then synapse 3, but to open the app, I first need to log in to razer central, but only a black screen appears leads nowhere.
