Razer Basilisk Hyperspeed bluetooth error

The mouse's connectivity suddenly cut out when I was using it and I couldn't get it to conncet again. Therefore, I decided to remove the device from the bluetooth connectivity menu in settings and when I searched for it again, I was not able to pair it as it did not seem to be able to be found, I changed the battery but the issue persisted.

    When you've removed Basilisk X Hyperspeed from BT devices, did you've turned it in pairing mode again (press and hold both left buttons, and DPI button for 3 seconds, indicator will blink twice): https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/5387/~/how-to-pair-or-connect-a-wireless-mouse-to-a-system-via-bluetooth-or-usb-dongle

    Yes, I did put it into pairing mode but it was still not able to connect but now it is not even entering pairing mode anymore
