THX Spatial Audio Code Lost

Hello, I lost my THX Spatial Audio Activation Code for my Blackshark v2 Pro. Could get any info from https://support.razer.com/ . Live chat sends me back to main site and i could only find surround sound activation code pages. Please Help.

THX Spatial on BlackShark V2 Pro is available out-of-box - through Synapse 3 software, no activation needed. If you've installed external THX Spatial audio app - uninstall it.

i have same issues, with barracuda pro, which is i need to activation code to activate it
