This is the second time I buy Razer Nari Ultimate and once again the dongle started malfunctioning. I've already wasted my time looking for ways to fix it and asked for a replacement. My new question is, can I use the Razer Nari Ultimate wired and still have the same quality? I'm currently stuck using it wired with the quality of the audio being a 1/4 of the wireless version. I'm using an aux that connect to a different aux that has the splitting pink and green aux but razer synapse 3 doesn't recognize it. Is there any way i can connect it?

Hi CrossShot225, I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing the same issue again with the dongle. Yes, you can still use the headset through its 3.5mm audio cable as an analog headset. The THX spatial audio and connection to the Synapse app are only possible through a wireless connection though. Nevertheless, I would love to check our options in sending you a replacement dongle.
