Razer Blackwidow v3 pro + Basilisk X Hyperspeed Problem

Hi I'm buying Blackwidow v3 pro , Basilisk X yesterday. Typing feel so good,but big problem... the problem is After a few hours of use, either the keyboard or the mouse becomes unusable. In this case, powering off the disabled device and then powering it back on may restore it. If this does not restore the problem, unplugging and plugging in the USB dongle will fix it. I'm using a USB HYPERSPEED dongle, one for the keyboard and one for the mouse. Please tell me how to resolve.

Are you using a USB hub for the dongle? You can also update the firmware of your devices by following the steps here: Razer BlackWidow V3 Pro Razer Basilisk X Hyperspeed.
