Razer Blackwidow v3 Pro - Synapse 3 doesnt save or allow adding of profiles

I bought the Blackwidow V3 Pro recently and it doesnt allow me to add, create, or even store any profiles in Synapse 3. When I go to add a profile all I get is the spinning wheel (as pictured). Also doesnt show any profiles being stored not even a default. I get the same result whether Im connected directly via USB cable or wireless. I also see that even when plugged in it always shows as 0% battery, not sure if this is related to the same problem. Anyone else run into this and have an idea on how to fix it? I tried uninstalling Synapse and reinstalling, updating drivers, reset the keyboard, and switched it to demo mode then out of demo mode.

Hi, Please try synapse clean reinstall with these steps:
  • Uninstall Synapse
  • Download & run this tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj to remove any razer drivers/leftovers
  • Then restart your PC
  • After reboot install Synapse again (as administrator).
