7.1 surround sound is not showing up in sound

I have the same problem. 2 days ago my 7.1 sound disepered from the options both in the razer app and in windows aswell. I have the RAZER BLACKSHARK V2 X - WIRED GAMING HEADSET - FRML PACKAGING i did everything imagen to get it back but nothing works. Reinstalled the app over 10 times. Restared over and over and tried to remove the sound in windows from the system to reinstall ect. Nothing works. 7.1 is just gone for me.

Try installing the Razer Driver Clean-up tool. Once done, restart your computer, reinstall all your Razer software and see if it helps. Feel free to submit a case to our Support Team or send me a PM, and I'd be glad to assist. I'll be locking this thread now.
