    Hi iLeach, Did you already try to reinstall the dongle's driver in the device manager and plug it into a different USB port for further isolation? If you're still experiencing the same issue, it's highly likely a hardware problem. PM me the serial number so I can validate its model and start a case for dongle replacement.
