Enabled in Startup: yes
Synapse services load on Windows 11 startup but it does not fully work. The two main examples are:
- Lighting is not synced across Razer devices
- Tartus game pad does not load profiles
I looked in the error log and I see this error:

ProfileResolver: User not yet logged-in.[/INDENT]
Which precedes multiple errors that end with either:
[INDENT]
PowerManagementResolver: User not yet logged-in.
SensorCalibrationResolver_Pixart: User not yet logged-in.
ProfileResolver: User not yet logged-in.
[msg] XXX failed to register for updates. XXX is one of many 3-4 digit message numbers
UnregisterGenericCallback failed for Name: Razer PWM Controller[/INDENT]
I am definitely logged in to Razer
I have to open the app myself to fix the issues. It is an annoyance but my friends who are also heavily invested in Razer products are not experiencing this issue. I am hoping someone knows what is wrong with my system. It's especially annoying when I jump into a game then have to scramble to load synapse before a match starts.
I even disabled User Account Control so that it stopped prompting me for permission to run. I have a vague feeling that UAC may play a part in this.
