My Razer Nari ultimate dongle keeps disconnecting/reconnecting

I purchased my headset 6 months ago and it was alright until 1 month back I suffered from this issue. I am always using my headset now with the 3.5mm jack. Not being able to use it wirelessly is a pain and I have found no solutions. my dongle keeps disconnecting and heating I tried multiple software updates and many devices even my ps5 and the same problem exists. i tried USB pairing and recovery tools from razer and still the same.. i need help

It is a possible hardware issue since the issue happens despite the workarounds/troubleshooting steps you've performed. Does the behavior even when the Razer Synapse 3.0 is not installed? Otherwise, please submit a case to our Support Team or send me a PM so I can help you initiate a support ticket.

[INDENT]Yeah, I uninstalled synapse and it didn't help (same issue). and I mentioned even the PS5 did the same thing and already it doesn't have razer synapse xD. when there is no audio at all it connects as long as it's like that, as soon as I open any sound it keeps dis/re connecting and glitching all the windows and even freezing and dropping frames in games because of transfering the audio to the headset and out to lap speakers back and force[/INDENT]
