Why can't this PoS laptop handle basic video like my $400 Acer, or my $195 Acer,or my $40 tablet...

RAZER BLADE 15 BASE MODEL (2020) SERIAL NUMBERBY2027M03707553 PRODUCT NUMBERRZ09-03287EM2-R3U1 DATE OF PURCHASE12 Aug 2021 I've had this hunk of junk for over a year. Right out of the box I couldn't play smooth video whether YouTube or ESPN, etc. I've spent hours crawling through forums and trying a bunch of useless "fixes". I wiped the whole PoS and started over (more than once) just to get the same weak playback. I am well beyond disappointed, I have literally NEVER had this problem with ANY computers I have owned, and this Razer is my first "high-end gaming" computer. WHYWHYWHY?? I don't even need any feedback or bogus fixes because I have wasted too much time and effort holding this wee-little laptop's hand. Talk about anti-climatical, this purchase is the definition. I really wanted to be a nerd Razer snob; I will let my wallet make the decision on the replacement for this one.
