Razer Blade 14 2022 + Dock Chroma 2 = horrible experience

I did own a Blade 1 2021 and was using it with a Dock Chroma 2 as a Docking station. This combination was working fine. It was charging via Power delivery. - On the left USB-A-port I had a USB-Hub connected with all my peripherals. - On the right USB-A-Port I put an 1 Gigabith USB-Ethernet-adapter. - On the HDMI-port I connected my TV (LLG OLED48CX) which was working fine @4K @60Hz 10 Bit HDR. Now I sold my Blade 14 on ebay and got a Blade Pro 3080TI instead (was about the same price).

• It is not charging via Power delivery.
• The USB hub on the right USB-A-Port is working fine.
• The USb Ehternet adapter is only recognized if I unplug it and plug it back i. sometime I have to do this three or four times after a reboot until it finally connects.
• I can only select 4K 30Hz and then there a black bars on the left and right side. It also tells me the native resolution for the TV were 4096x2160.
