Cortex Rewards not working

It's probably been a week or more that I am not receiving any playtime rewards. Not sure if it was the recent update to your app but after that I have not received a single reward. Many hours logged and day after day nothing ever shows up. Plus for many months now after one of the previous updates I am no longer able to launch the game (Raid : Shadow Legends) through the Cortex app but have had to do it manually. I never had an issue getting the rewards before the last app update. It seems that many others are having this same issue.
