Not Charging: Razer Blade 15 Advanced RZ09-0330x

My laptop has not been charging correctly for a week or two and has now stopped charging completely. I have run through the support suggestions of uninstalling the battery and adapter drivers and turning the computer off, on and off. This did not work and my computer shut down after it was drained of power. From the beginning the battery was draining fully within 2 hours. The past two weeks the battery had not been charging with one full connection- the charging light would flicker as if it were being connected and disconnected to the adapter every second. Now it refuses to charge. I don’t believe the cord is the problem, my gut is telling me it’s the port. Has anyone else had these problems? What are my options? does this model also have the ability to take a charge from a usb-c power adapter?
