Keyboard and mouse randomly disconnecting

sometimes my keyboard and mouse randomly disconnect and reconnect after some time, mainly while playing games but also while just watching youtube sometimes

    Are they connected directly into the usb ports on the back of you motherboard? Also be sure it's minimum USB 3.0 (or above).
