Razer Basilisk Ultimate with wire doesnt work

Hello I bought a Razer Basilisk from Mouse Ultimate and with the Dongle I can use the mouse correctly. But not with the mouse cable. When I try to install the basiliskultimate_mouse_firmupdater_v1.07.04_r1 controller, it tells me to connect the mouse with the cable but my computer does not recognize it. I have tried all these steps on another computer with the same results. I think the cable without functions. (With Dock and Dongle it works).
