Deathadder elite only lights working

Greetings currently haveing an issue with a deathadder elite When I plug in the mouse onle the lights start without any sound from the pc Checked all drivers etc. changed to another pc . Installed the synapse and also checked the community posts . Found that my mouse is stuck at bootloader . when I press both buttons and wheel and plug it in the usb sound occurs but nothing more Please any help would be much appreciated since I got two of them and none of them works thanks in advance
