razer nari ultimate connection issue

little under a year ago i bought the razer nari ultimate headset. they worked great ( other than echo when i have it hooked to my PS5 controller ) the bluetooth worked great but now i can’t get them to stay connected. i tried blowing the port out on my playstation and also the dongle incase dust was causing a faulty connection. i read forums and discovered the recovery tool but it won’t even connect to my pc long enough to restore it, is there anything else that can be done?
