Deathadder Essential Ergonomic Wired Gaming Mouse

So I recently bought a Razer mouse in Shopee. I was able to register the headphones, but the mouse isn't registering it says that "item serial number is unknown". Take note, the headphones and mouse came from one store and its Shopee Mall - Razer Official Store. IDK if I'm missing anything but I did more than triple checking to make sure I typed the correct SN and PN but yah, it fails.
