Headphones not working
While I use my headphones they stop working after there is no audio for 2-3 minutes. I am aware that there is a power-saving feature that does this purposefully but I have that feature turned off through the synapse app.
This means I have to disconnect and then reconnect the USB dongle frequently which is starting to become irritating. Everything is updated so I don't know what to do.
Should I open a case for a repair?
I use V3 pro.
