Hello, I recently purchased the Razer Kraken Tournament Edition THX 7.1 headphones on Amazon. After setting up the headphones and scratching to reveal the activation code for the 7.1 surround sound, I could not get it to accept the code. I initially believed I had confused a Captial O for zero, but after trying all variations several times, I still ended with the same error message. "The code you have entered does not seem to be valid. Please try again." I had also tried using a lowercase L and J for One, thinking that might also be an issue. After 30 minutes of trying all combinations, I still get the error message that the code is invalid. As I have seen on the forum, I am not the only one to encounter this. I would appreciate any help that I can get in fully activating the feature for my new headphones. Thank you!

    I am still unable to activate the 7.1 surround sound feature for my newly purchased headphones. The included code under the scratch-off material is invalid. I would appreciate it if I could get assistance in unlocking this feature as it was one of the main reasons I purchased the headphones in the first place. Thank you.
