Razer Stealth 13 - GTX 1650 crashed/not working anymore?

Hi I have a razer stealth 13 laptop with Geforce GTX 1650 inside. Since yesterday I cannot connect my external monitor via my usb c adapter anymore (external keyboard connected via the same adaptor works fine) and my games etc all work on only 4fps (normally 90-120fps) I tried to update the driver on the geforce experience tab but it just says 'unknown error' and stops. so I think the graphics card died or has a major issue. I checked the device manager and no errors there. Not sure if I should uninstall the software via the device manager? any help would be very much appreciated! Mike

and weirdly enough, I cannot use the 'sleep' function either anymore, it has fully disappeared...

It would be great to get any help what so ever. Or if this can be fixed by a local laptop repair or not?

Shutdown your laptop and reopen it, if you already did that I guess do a hard reset/factory reset. If that does not solve it I guess send it to razer.
