Razerbook 13 - Replacement model is now dead!
Ok, my original Razerbook 13 had faulty RAM and got BSOD all the time
Then I started a case number: 210511-002115
And my computer got replaced
Then I started a case number: 220628-001420 because my replacement computer won't turn on
It would only blink the power led when you hold the power button for 10 seconds
The day before me and agent arranged for the replacement to be replaced, the Razerbook turned on
So I closed my case that time
Now I started a case number: 221107-001095 on the Nov 7, because that previous computer not turning on and only blink the power led once you hold the power button has become permanent!!!
It's been like this for a month....And the support members looking into my case have not responded in 2 weeks
So what am I suppose to do now?
The quality of Razerbook 13" first generation is really really bad
Can someone please help here, as support is now ignoring me its been over 2 weeks with no update...
And my computer is still not turning on
