Can't contact support

I've been trying for hours to find a way to contact Razer support about a missing package. The support page has no option for that, only for delivery status, returns, and cancelling orders. I already waited the 3 days the carrier specified for their investigation to find the package. Does anyone know where I should go or who to contact?
