2 problems 1 mic problem and 1 keyboard problem

so first problem, my huntsman keyboard i just got like a week ago, the c and x keys are messed up, x sometimes works but you have to press it down and wiggle it, c key doesnt work at all and right shift i noticed does not work yet the keyboard worked perfectly fine since i got it till yesterday, out of the blue they stopped working. Next the blackwidow v2 pro headset i literally just unboxed and hooked up., the mic isnt working, ive tried every fix i found online, nothing works.
