Firmware updater for Lancehead RZ01-0212... not working.
Tried to update the firmware of both the mouse and dongle dock, both without success.
The mouse firmware install won't proceed past 5% ( stuck for 30+ minutes ), forcing me to close the installer.
The mouse still works fine even after a failed attempt.
The dock updater had the same behaviour ( stuck at 5% for more than 30 minutes ), but when terminated it straigth up bricked the bloody thing, beign shown as "bootloader" in device manager.
Any solution? thanks.

PierG2Did you already try to update or reinstall the mouse's driver and reboot your PC before trying again? PM me the serial number so I can validate its model and check for other model-specific steps to help you resolve the issue. Thanks! *Thread locked to curb conversation to PM.
