Hammerhead true wireless left earbud doesn't stay on for 1 minute

I recently received my hammerhead true wireless pro and charged them for about 5+ hours to make sure they are fully charged. I connected them to my PC then my phone to make sure they work fine and they do but the left earbud instantly turns off within 1 minutes, if lucky 2 minutes. I tried putting the earbud back in the case, wait a few seconds then take them back out, repaired/reconnected everything and it still turns off instantly. these are brand new so I'm confused why the left earbud isn't working properly
