Deathadder V2 Pro Dongle keep connecting and disconnecting,

Hello, I received my mouse this week, I followed the instructions in the manual which were just to connect the dongle to the PC and it will be ready for use, the mouse worked for 2 seconds and stopped, then I discovered the pairing assistant aplication, and now the dongle stays in it constantly connecting and disconnecting, making any pairing or updating impossible.
