Why can I no longer use my licence code? (7.1 surround sound)

I own the Kraken V3 X headset. Right at the beginning, I activated the 7.1 surround sound and registered my product. With the code that was then sent to me, I was able to activate this function - but only until the next restart. After that, I was asked to enter the licence code again and have since been told that the code is already in use. What can I do? Do I need a new code?

You can login to 7.1 Surround app with your RazerID account, that you've previously used (once the code is activated, it's bound to the account).

Unfortunately, that's what I thought too. However, the window asking for a licence code appears again and I have been logged in with my account since I started using it. The crazy thing is that I have only had one session with 7.1 Surround. No new software installed, no other changes. Shut down the PC and the next day the app just wanted a new code again. My licence code apparently does not apply. In the account itself I have registered the product and everything, why doesn't the app recognise that? What option do I have now?

I'd contact Razer Support directly with this problem: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/contact-support
