I need help my razer kiyo pro stops working when using capture
Hello friends, previously I had the razer kiyo (the normal one with a light ring) I wanted to buy the kiyo pro in December to do my streaming.
It turns out that when I connect my PS5 capture card (an XR1 Lite) the camera stops working.
I need help because I have to broadcast this weekend and I ran into this problem.
I use Windows 10, I updated the firmware and it still has the same problem. I already sold the previous camera, but with that one I had no faults.
