razer basilisk x hyperspeed does not see synapse in 2.4 ghz mode

just bought a mouse and after connecting it I installed Synapse, but it doesn't see the mouse, but when I switch to Bluetooth it immediately appears in Synapse, I don't know what to do, please help me Here is a video of how it happens - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EL6AZ44rc0I

    The transition from BT to 2.4hz and vice versa should be seamless. For isolation purposes, try following the steps here. PM me the serial number so I can validate its model and check for other model-specific steps to help you resolve the issue. Thanks! *Thread locked to curb conversation to PM.
