Blackshark V2 Pro 7.1 Activation code not provided
I just purchased a pair of Blackshark V2 Pro headphones based on the understanding that I am able to use 7.1 surround sound out-of-the-box. However, I find myself trying to look around for an activation code to unlock the capability. This wouldn't normally be an issue if the code was actually provided with the product.
Even after following all the steps on the website regarding activation (registering the product, etc..) I still don't have a code, and more frustratingly, when I enter the headphones' serial number on the page to request a new activation code, I get an error message telling me that "Your Razer device is not eligible to receive a 7.1 Surround Sound activation code." which doesn't really make sense considering the lower-end models in the range receive codes.
+1Blackshark V2 Pro comes with THX Spatial, which is available out of box in Synapse 3 software (in Audio -> Mixer tab).
I have some problem and ı cant fix it yet. PLS help me ! how ı can get activation code ???
There is nothing to provide because your model Does Not Use 7.1 surround sound. The Blackshark V2 Pro uses THX.

I use the 7.1 Surround when i bought my headsets, after an update that didn’t notice when it was, it changed and now I’m not able to use it anymore, and on the description of the product specifically says 7.1 Surround Sound
