Katana PSU kunai Fans and Hanbo 360 Problems

Hi my Son has just built a pc based on Razer products Tonahawk full size case Razer edition Motherboard (Taichi X570) Hanbo 360 AIO Katana PSU 2 Kunai 140 Fans Razer keyboard and mouse the problems Hanbo keeps disconecting (USB) approx every 5 to 10 seconds and the RGB's flicker Disconect USB and it seems to run ok without any lights or control over fans the Katana and Kunai fans have never been detected in Synapase so no control over them of any kind Synapase has been CLEAN inatalled and drivers removed MULTIPLE TIMES all with no effect now at a loss as to what to do Many thanks Don

    WELL GUESS ONCE RAZER GET YOUR MONEY THATS THE END OF IT SUPPORT DOSNT EXIST THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU NOW THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY RAZER IS A JOKE AND A BAD ONE AT THAT
