Hammerhead Earbuds not working within hours

Got these for Christmas and they worked initially after charged and paired. I put back in the case and they stopped working or connecting to paired device. Charged for hours and no change. Went through the support tutorials with no change. The ear buds act as though they are not charging at all. The case is green. Any thoughts, or is this just a bad set?

No static issues. Just stopped working. I posted on the support page as well to see if they have any ideas. I will go the warranty route if nothing else.
