Deathadder v2 mini cursor not moving, buttons work.

Brand new, plugged in, cursor does not move but buttons are working. Anyone has the same issue? Did someone get it fixed? Thanks

    Did you've tried to replug it to other USB port (preferred USB 3.0 and above). Avoid plugging it into USB hub.

    Try another PC. If it still the same - return the mouse.
