BlackShark v2 X 7.1 not working

I bought blackshark v2 x the only app that makes 7.1 work is thx, but I'm not going to pay a monthly fee to have the audio that the headphone already promised. If anyone knows any alternatives, I've already tried drivers, synapse v2 or v3, 7.1 surround, updating the driver for windows devices, making the headset default, realtek audio drivers and none of these options make 7.1 work, the audio sounds like an attendant's headset marketing. Registered account, and headset code has also been registered.

See the orange triangle, you need to click that so that Spatial Audio is the default sound in your settings. Synapse 3 has THX Spatial Audio incorporated into the software. There is not 7.1 app or stand alone THX app that comes with the Blackshark v2 headset. There is a stand alone THX version for other users but since you purchased the V2 they included it in Synapse software.

I continued doing more tests with the headphone and it managed to work in windows 10, apparently in 11 it does not have some compatibility

    Thanks for updating your post. Add yes, the software is compatible with Windows 10 64-bit only. There's no update yet if when it will be available in Windows 11. I’ll be locking this thread now.
