Ripsaw Hd No active HDMI signal need help

I am trying to plug in my razer ripsaw Hd capture card. But I keep getting met with this same problem. No Active HDMI signal, I've tried many solutions such as different hdmi, changing the correlating hdmi spots, and hdmi hub, 2 monitors one for the pc and one for the Xbox. But nothing seems to work I even changed the resolution in obs but nothing seems to pop up. It won't even show me the razer ripsaw Hd source for video capture. Please help how do I fix this.

      I wish I was here with a fix but unfortunately trying to find a fix has led me to this post and I’m having the exact same issue when trying to capture my Nintendo Switch. Really wish Razer would give us an update to fix this.
