Synapse 3 and Central Run, but Crash or Never Load
So when I installed Razer Synapse 3, i had the option to launch it through the “installation complete!” screen. Nothing happened.
I clicked “Launch Synapse” tab in the little hidden icons tab. Nothing either. I then clicked the “log in to get started!” tab, which caused a window with the razer logo in the top corner to pop up—but the window was completely black and never loaded anything. (The file attached to this post is a screenshot of this black window.)
Double-clicking on Synapse 3 within its folder (Razer > Synapse3 > WPFUI > Framework > Razer Synapse 3 Host > Razer Synapse 3.exe) didn’t do anything.
I tried running Razer Synapse 3.exe as administrator, which had a dark gray translucent tab with the Razer logo appear, then vanish.
I tried opening Razer Central.exe (Razer > Razer Services > Razer Central > Razer Central.exe) normally and as administrator. Same problem with the black window either way.
I’ve tried everything I could find—from running as admin to completely uninstalling and re-installing—and nothing has worked.
Am I missing something? Am I doing something wrong? Am I just not waiting long enough?
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- yes, my computer meets the requirements for Razer Synapse 3. I checked multiple times to be sure.
- Synapse 3 only ever appears in the Background Processes.
- The closest I’ve gotten to it working is ending all Razer-related tasks and starting Synapse 3, causing a small tab with a loading bar to appear. But then it disappears, and once again, nothing happens. It just has everything in the background processes tab again.
- No, I haven’t logged in, because I’ve never gotten to the log-in page.
