Nari ultimate dongle dead

Unfortunatelly my dongle on my razer nari ultimate headphones is dead and i'm not able to use the headphones. I tried to repair with razer software, but with no succes. I only used them for 1 year, how can the dongle die so fast? Also since i cannot use them via usb cable without dongle, the only option left is with 3.5mm jack but without razer synapse, the basic sound is just terrible. Can i buy from somewhere another dongle?
