Razer Blade 15 (2022) - RZ09-0421 BSOD on battery mode

Hello, I recently bought this laptop last year, and there has been an ongoing issue of BSOD when using on battery mode. No dump files are created, even when setting up. I tried all the steps in fixing it, sfscan etc. I even did factory reset setting which did not solve anything. This only happens during unplugged sessions, when plugged in there is no problem. The one thing that pops up before the BSOD happens when viewing the event viewer is The hypervisor did not enable mitigations for side channel vulnerabilities for virtual machines because HyperThreading is enabled. To enable mitigations for virtual machines, disable HyperThreading. I read that updating the bios will help with this issue, but since the laptop is new, all the bios are updated as far as I can tell. The razer support chat is not able to help 1. could this be a battery issue? i looked at the battery status it seems to be no problem. if i replace the battery would this solve the issue? 2. or is this another hardware issue Razer Blade 15 (2022) - RZ09-0421
