Razer Kraken Pro V2 No Sourround activation Code

Hello, I have just registered my newly purchased Kraken Pro V2. I did not receive an activation code for 7.1 Surround Sound. How do I get this? Thanks,

    Hi @javveling! Our 7.1 Surround Sound code will be sent if your newly purchased headset model is Razer Kraken X or Razer Kraken 2019 and if you have successfully registered your product to your Razer ID. Your Razer Kraken Pro V2 uses Razer Surround. By the way, have you checked your junk or spam email for the code? Please click this link to download our Razer Surround Sound.
