Razer Nari Ultimate Dongle disconnects

Hello, Today, when I turned on my Nari Ultimate Headphones, they constantly connect and disconect from the dongle. I've restarted the PC multiple times, checked the default audio settings, but I still keep loosing connection. They are about 1 1/2 y/o. Last night they were working fine.     Does the issue happen while connecting the dongle to another port or computer? Also, did you check if the behavior persists while the Razer Synapse 3.0 is closed or disabled? Ensure that you are connecting the headset directly to your PC's port, not to a USB hub.
