Razer apps updates

I have the Razer Synapse and Cortex apps and theres an update for both but all the update options are grayed out. Closing and reopening centeral or any of the 2 apps doesn't do anything. Please Help??

    Sounds like it may have been updating at that time, but usually Synapse updates are quite obvious in that they have a very visible popup window informing you! Hate to say it, but have you re-booted (as in shutdown, turn off, and turn back on, not just a Windows restart)? Also check that Windows isn't doing an update, or requires a reboot to finish updates. If Windows requires a reboot to finish installing, it can block other apps from updating. You could also re-install Synapse if none of the above works. Heres how.
