Razer Huntsman Elite Volume Wheel Does not work correctly

My volume wheel on my Huntsman Elite keyboard has been acting up for months. Finally got annoyed with it and decided to try and fix it. I have tried just about all the fixes online and in these forums with no help at all. Some times when spinning it it will just jitter the volume up and down a couple but practically stay in the same spot. At first it would slowly jitter up or down depending on the way I am spinning it but not it just does what it wants, or nothing at all. I have tied blowing it out with a couple of cans of air and no luck. Firmware is all up to date. Uninstalled and reinstalled synapse. Reset the Profile. ETC... Can anyone please assist!
