can i get help with razer synapse 3

i have been struggling for a while with razer synapse where it wont run after press run synapse or turning it on administrator it wont open i did a clean uninstall idk what might be the problem

    Check if you have .NET 4.8 installed, also check for Microsoft Visual C++ redistributables (sometimes it helps un/reinstalling this). I assume that clean Synapse re-install was done in this way?
    • Uninstall Synapse
    • Download & run this tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj to remove any razer drivers/leftovers
    • Then restart your PC
    • After reboot install Synapse again (as administrator).
