Razer Basilisk Ultimate Mouse not charging

I've been using my mouse for about six months now and this only happened now. I charged it using my cable (I don't have the dock). It has been plugged for 5 hours now and it is blinking red showing that it is charging yet it never turned rgb, it just stayed blinking meaning that it's not charging. When i unplug it and use it via bluetooth, it only lasts for 5 seconds and shuts down again. But it works when it is plugged. So does it have a problem with battery? And what can I do to fix it.
