Help with Razer Kraken hello kitty ed. Please!

I have a problem with my new headset; i connect it to my pc with bluetooth, its no problem. I can hear music and games fine with really good sound quality, but as soon as i join a vc, in a game or on discord, i cant hear my friends but they can hear me.. in the sound settings on my pc theres 2 options for the headset, one with a mic and one without. Both are connected but if i turn the one without a mic off, i can hear my friends but the sound quality gets SO bad. Is there a way to fix this? i just wanna use my headset :(
